In no event shall Evtrion's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Evtrion in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Services and disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Evtrion, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

This indemnification obligation will survive termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

Termination

If you have paid for services that extend beyond the termination date, you may be entitled to a pro-rated refund, subject to our refund policy and applicable law.
